2012 has gone down in the books as another banner year for Street Level Records. Already breaking previous records of releasing three albums per year in 2001, 2003 and 2005, SLR has thus far released an astonishing four albums in 2012. This month we are spotlighting Seattle’s punchline king, Skuntdunanna (Skunt-dun-uh-na) aka Mafia and SLR’s Christmas gift to all of you is his 3rd official studio album “Now or Never Vol. 1.” The album is the first of a two part series, with Vol. 2 dropping in early 2013. This installment features 18 tracks, 15 of which were produced by Seattle Hip-Hop veteran and 2008 West Coast Hip-Hop award winner, D-Sane. The album also features production from Norwegian notable, Big Ice, as well as tracks from Bean One, Apoulo and Mafia himself. “Now or Never Vol. 1” guest appearances include Lac of Respect, Crytical, Mechy La’Velle, Bad Luck and West Coast legends Marvaless, Yukmouth & T-Nutty.
