After a brief hiatus to focus on his music, Vic Freeze releases Part 2 of his “Reluctant Star” mixtape series.

The MC, hailing from Cleveland, OH, drops this project in collaboration with Thomas Handsome, who blended the 9 track strong project.
The sound is in typical Vic Freeze fashion, new school feel, with a noticeable influence by 90s Rap, supported by production from Rey Resurreccion, C.Avery, Madd Caesar, and Mike from Clockwork Muzik and guest appearances from Paulie Rhyme & Dril7.

The “Reluctant Star” series has been an important one in Vic Freeze’s career and will be carried on into a third installment, to be released by June of this year, entitled “Reluctant Star 3: The Lion, The Laureate, and The Lame”.

After features on HipHopDx.com, RespectMag.com, AllHipHop.com, DJbooth.net and numerous international websites, “Sad Songz” debuted top 40 on the iTunes Hip Hop Album charts the day of it’s release…. Now it’s time for a Love Song!
